FIRST COST-EFFICIENT 5-AXIS GRANULE 3D-PRINTER

Extrusion-based additive manufacturing is limited in processing certain plastic materials. The primary reason for this limitation stems from two main issues.
Due to the material properties, there are problems with adhesion to the build platform, which significantly restricts the additive processing of some engineering plastics.
Another issue is the limited geometric freedom. Support structures are required for geometries with overhangs. These supports must be removed after the manufacturing process, generating additional production waste.
These problems result in further steps, such as more intensive post-processing or the use of complex and costly machinery.

Solution: Patented 5-Axis FLIPoQ-Process
Our patented 5-axis manufacturing process, FLIPoQ, eliminates these fundamental issues associated with extrusion-based additive manufacturing.
By creating a new build platform in the form of a mesh, the material always adheres to itself. This mesh can be rotated, allowing the desired part to be generated from two sides, significantly reducing the need for support structures.
With these capabilities, any filament available on the market can be processed without any issues.

Lightweight Granulate Extruder and Mini Granules as Game Changers

To process even more materials, we offer the multiaxial manufacturing system with a lightweight granulate extruder as the extrusion unit. This allows for the processing of not only standard granulates but also mini granulates. With this, invAirted3D becomes the first provider of mini granulate in extrusion-based additive manufacturing.
With the help of the lightweight granulate extruder, it is possible to process any type of mini granulate at a low cost. Compared to conventional filament extruders, the mini granulate extruder achieves a 5-fold throughput of up to 800 g/h, significantly reducing the process time. The mini granulate can be customized in color and is more cost-effective than filament. Scrap can be easily and conveniently reintroduced into the manufacturing process through regranulation.
